THE
POWER OF CLARITY
Last
month's ezine sparked some of you to ask, "Why the
business name change?" The answer lies in the experiences
that took shape, or more accurately that shaped me,
once I agreed to consciously step into the realization
of my purpose and potential. The name change reflects
a deepened awareness of why I do what I do. It expresses
what I share more fully and understandably, and is
a solid foundation upon which to build the "container"
to hold what I am most passionate about and what I'm
meant to share. That container can expand as my awareness
expands.
When
you say "YES" to self-discovery, "YES" to uncovering
your impassioned purpose and "YES" to fully engaging
in each moment, you're actually saying "YES" to your
whole self and to abundance. Saying "YES" so deeply
allows the power of clarity to assist in living a
life beyond anything your mind could imagine.
How
does clarity power up your business? Your clarity
attracts clients, resources, connections, relationships,
and opportunities in unexpected ways with extreme
ease. A synchronistic momentum builds that is beyond
"logical" strategy.
I
used to say that I develop websites. I thought that
having a great website was one of the first things
on an entrepreneur's "to do" list. I learned that
the use of any tool means little if we aren't core
clear. I questioned why the wonders of technology
weren't bringing clients the success that I know is
possible even with all the bells & whistles.
Some
clients had worked with up to 5 other webmasters and
weren't satisfied with results. Some paid me in full
for their website project but never completed it -
copy didn't get written, other tasks or responsibilities
interfered, etc. Some had previously invested up to
tens of thousands of dollars into their website with
no new results. Other clients had ideal websites -
enticing copy, perfect graphics and all - but that
didn't grow their enterprise.
If
you aren't clear on who you are and why you do what
you do, your website will be little more than an online
brochure that gets buried in the millions of websites
and blogs online.
As
I shifted my focus to assist clients to explore their
purpose and experience that clarity for themselves
before they moved on to a website or site renovation,
things changed swiftly. Just agreeing to begin the
process often brings immediate results - before the
collaboration even starts.
That's
the power of saying "yes" to clarity, to connection
and to attracting the community that's waiting for
you to share with them.
